PetroTalent has extensive PowerPoint presentation for the student. Principles, formulas, charts and illustrations are designed to convey the lectures and enhance learning. PetroTalent also uses videos and audio-visual slide presentations in their course.

- Hand-On Training / Field Training:

- Homework:
Daily homework is given to students to reinforce what is taught during the lectures. The homework is looked upon each morning, graded and then returned to the students. The homework gives regular feedback to the instructor, helps him know how well the students are grasping the material and areas need to be improved.
- With Lectures and Discussions:
The course is taught using a combination of both lectures and discussions. Students come from different fields and share their industry experiences among colleagues and Professors hence enriching the learning experience.

- Testing and Evaluation:
Students are given a test at the beginning of course and same test on completion of the course to judge the improvement of their knowledge and skills. Students are also graded on their homework and practical work. They are then evaluated by comparison to the industry average, the class performance and by their personal improvement during the course.
